DISCOVERY CALL AND LOCAL VISIT
As a first exploratory phase, we will schedule a meeting between the designer and the customer in the space, within 1 hour of the visit. The designer will carry out all proper records needed, like accurate measurements of the rooms and photos, this is completed in order to collect everything the designer needs to start designing.
DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
During this phase, we will manage all the information already collected to design the concept board that will later assist us with the floor plan, in this board, you will appreciate the references that have inspired the designer to develop the concept for your homes such as paint color, textures, furniture, fabrics, shapes, and other design details. This is so that you can promptly obtain an idea of the possible concept that has been carefully designed for your functional spaces. This will be reviewed with you during this concept development phase.
PROJECT ELEVATION
Once we produce an exact idea of what you would like to have in your space, we will create a first detailed 2D High-End interior wall elevation as a floor plan. This includes the selection of finishes, specific furniture, decoration elements, the color of the walls, the textures of each component, and the arrangement of the furniture on the floor. This 2D elevation is done to visually guide the client on what their space will look like at the end of the project. We will be producing two proposals according to the corresponding changes that the client is needing for the final project. These three proposals will include the budget for the partial cost that the client will invest in the space, and it will be decided with which of the three proposals the client wants to proceed, Successively, we will review each of the elements and designs of said proposal, and the client together with the designer will have the opportunity to fine-tune the details and ensure a plan of action will be below the total budget. The designer will initiate the respective changes to the proposal. The final proposal will be presented and a shopping list will be provided that the client must acquire moderately to develop the project. This process may require several weeks to complete.
INSTALLATION AND STYLING
The concluding phase is to start ordering the furniture once the customer has purchased all the items on the provided shopping list, including decoration, furniture, and others. Our design team will work to ensure all items have arrived safely and in an appropriate condition for installation. Commodities will be arranged as designed on the floor plan. In this phase all the processes that require handwork will be included, like fixture installation, small electrical setting up, cleaning of spaces, furniture assembly, art installation, and others.
